Regency offers experienced and professional JD-level legal research, writing, analysis, and documentation support services to attorneys and law firms on a project or contract basis. Services as performed remotely*. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Attorney Support SERVICES
Legal Research and Writing: Legal research and drafting of memorandums, briefs, summaries, etc.
Legal Document Preparation: Drafting of legal documentation including pleadings, basic template contracts/agreements, and other corporate documentation
Real Estate Loan Signings (Notarization)
Estate Planning Execution (Notarization)
Legal Analysis and Issue-Spotting
Compliance & Ethics Programs and Guidance
Services are currently offered remotely* to attorneys and law firms in Michigan by LaJuana Williams, JD, CCEP - a legal and compliance professional, Notary Public, and Notary Signing Agent (NSA) with a Juris Doctor Degree, a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional designation, and several years of experience.
*If appropriate for the particular engagement, in-person meetings may be available locally within Regency’s local service area within Metro Detroit.
