Working with title Companies, Attorneys, Lenders, Signing Services, and directly with Borrowers (as applicable) to facilitate signing and notarization of loan documents necessary to close both residential and commercial real estate loans*, including Purchases, Refinances, Home Equity Loans and Reverse Mortgages.
