VERIFICATION SERVICES
Professional, appointment-based I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification for employers and newly hired employees who require an authorized representative to complete the employment verification process.
Whether you are working remotely, relocating, or beginning employment with an organization outside your local area, we offer a convenient, professional, and efficient experience designed to help you complete the in-person verification portion of the Form I-9.
Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
Please note that while a notary public may serve as an employer's authorized representative when designated by the employer, this service is not a notarization unless specifically requested as part of a separate notarial act.
To help ensure a smooth appointment, please:
Bring your employer's Form I-9 instructions (if provided)
Have your original, unexpired identity and employment authorization documents available
Review your employer's onboarding instructions before your appointment
Contact your employer with any questions regarding acceptable documentation or employment eligibility requirements.
Ink Fingerprinting
Professional ink fingerprinting on standard fingerprint cards for individuals and organizations requiring fingerprint impressions for employment, licensing, professional credentials, volunteer service, adoptions, immigration-related matters, and other authorized purposes.
Every appointment is conducted with care, professionalism, and attention to detail to help ensure clear, legible fingerprint impressions.*
Manual** ink fingerprinting on customer-provided or commonly accepted fingerprint cards, including FD-258 cards and other agency-specific fingerprint cards***, when applicable.

To ensure a smooth appointment, please bring a valid, government-issued photo identification, your fingerprint card(s), if provided by the requesting agency, and any instructions supplied by the requesting agency or employer
*While acceptance of fingerprint cards is determined solely by the requesting agency, we strive to provide clear, properly completed fingerprint impressions using accepted ink fingerprinting techniques.
**Regency provides ink fingerprinting only. We do not perform Live Scan electronic fingerprinting.
***Regency may be able to provide FD-258 fingerprint cards if your requester does not provide them. All other fingerprint card types must be provided and brought to the appointment by the client. If you are unsure which fingerprint card is required, please contact the requesting agency before your appointment.
